I have a file which we have been working on for a few weeks and have a complete building model and a set of project standards including view templates.

I am now trying to take these standards over to other drawings which are half worked up it hesitates for a second or two like you expect it too then completes but nothing has been transfered. I have tried this from the central file, the satalite file on my machine, i have detached a file from the central and tried from there, i have made sure that i have every possible workset checked out but every time the same thing happens.

 The wierd thing is, is that i can easily transfer standards from other drawings into this file.

any thoughts?

just in case anyone else has this problem i came to some end to this problem.

The problem was one of the 11 view templates, i have no idea what the problem with the view template was but i do know that when i deleted this particular template it allowed me to then transfer the remaining ones.

I have been reading about this problem on the Augi forum also and they have come across problems with inserted Dwg files causeing the problem so it seems that there could be no standard cause for this problem
