This one seems a little silly to me most of the consultants that i coordinate with always use origin to origin not center to center, Save people the headache of having to deal with someone not importing origin to origin and then trying to fix this. Its a simple origin is now defaul center is an option.

I agree and this has been a problem for years in Revit. A better solution is to allow more user configuration of Revit and let each firm make the choice of this and many other things and have Revit conform to the standards a firm has chosen.
