I'm working in 09, on doing renovations to an existing building and another firm is working on a new building that is connecting to it.  I just linked their file to mine and their rooms are being added to my room schedule, and I do not want to show them.  I also find it ironic that their door and window tags arn't adding to mine...

How can I get their rooms not to show up in my room schedule?
