Does anyone know if there is a what to insure that all the holes in the mesh are at the same size and not stretched?

I have attached an image of the surface I am working with.

That image is not clear enough, can you please put some other images with the model you are render and the properties of the material you attrib to the surface?

I have attach a newer rendering as well as a section profile of the wall.

Also, is there a way to render the mesh with a depth?  The mass it is applied to is 1/2 inch thick and I would like the perferations to show that depth.

Seems it work with me... What kind of material did you apply to the object?

That is the material I used.

Maybe I didn't make the form correctly?

I drew the three profile lines in section then created the form.

The lines where made using spline lines, maybe that has something to do with it.

I am still new at creating conceptual masses.

Like you can see in the image attached, i create that in the Conceptual mass with 3 splines too... can you put some  images in the conceptual mass and in project ONLY in 3D view with Shade with edges?

hmmm... Then I don't know what else to do.  Ill try rerending with the course material and see if that makes a difference.  Otherwise I am going to be making alot of holes.

Also is it possible to give the mess a solid depth to add dimension?

Yeah, pick in the mass then pick in "Create Form" again.... BTW can you put some  images in the conceptual mass and in project ONLY in 3D view with Shade with edges?
