Hello, I AM TRYING TO CREATE A SPIRAL RAMP THAT FOLLOWS ALONG THE INSIDE WALL OF A CONE SHAPED BUILDING. THE WALL IS A PERFECT CIRCLE AND SLOPES TOWARDS THE INSIDE.

I just tried it and was able to do it with swept blends. In plan I had a 180° arc for the path. I created the profiles in elevation. At the beginning of the ramp I sketched the ramp in section, then at the other end I took the same section but moved it up and in. Then I copied and rotated the swept blend, moved it up and edited the profile sketches.
