I recently read a short blog that Revit 2010 can now combine 2d & 3d dwf's into a single file. I was wondering if anyone out there knows if this is true or not.

Did it for a couple of years... it will also combine other files like excel and word and jpg.

Create yur DWF's then open one of them and then open a seperate window's directory  folder window containing what you want to combine and just drag the file and drop it into your opened DWF.   I usuall use my 3D fileas the base and drop the 2D dwf's and other files into that.

I just tried it, and it seems to work.

I think he was talking about making combined 3D and 2D files right from Revit, not combining them later in Design Review.

I created a 3d dwf and a set of 2d ones. When I tried to drag and drop a 2d into the 3d the 3d disappeared. Is there some trick I am missing?
