Hello. I have built a casework family in Revit 2010 which shows the casework below the countertop as a hidden line, which is what I want. When I load it into my project however, the lower casework is not visible. I have gone through all of the visibility settings and "Plan Rep - Below" is checked in all instances. I'm not sure what I'm missing here. Help?

Check your Object Styles in the project and see if the line weights are the same.  The Project Rules, and will always override your family settings.

The object styles seem to be set correctly, with a dashed line for casework below. All my other casework shows up properly in the project, it's just this custom created family that is screwy.

Your countertop is obscuring the cabinets below.  Within the family you could turn off the countertop visibility in plan view and use symbolic lines.  Conversely you could use dashed symbolic lines to represent the cabinets below.

Have you tried the "Show Hidden" tool?  Modify - Show hidden - pick the counter then the cabinet.

Thanks, I did the symbolic lines trick for the countertop, and that allowed me to show the casework in the desired manner.
