Lots of times it seems like it takes 17 clicks navigating through the various dialog boxes to make one simple graphic, geometric, or material change to an element. At the least, there should be a button alongside OK, CANCEL, etc. that is "OK AND CLOSE ALL" to save from having to click OK through multiple boxes to close out the command. Also, an APPLY button that actually works--makes the change without having to click OK through every dialog box that's open. I'm not sure I've ever seen the APPLY button actually do anything useful in Revit.
