i have pulled material takeoff for wall finishes, and i noticed that everything doubled...and some plit regions havent really registred...

as for doubling what i worked out is that it picks finish faces, as well as area of the studwall on both sides, hence auto-double...i think i might have found a solution, filter it out by AIR and by Timber Studs...

But i still have difficulty working out how to get split faces to show with applied finish to them...could someone please gt back to me and, either suggest maybe easier option and solution to the problem
