I am trying to use the same schedule on two different sheets; one in one complete column, the other in two split columns.  However, when you split it on one sheet, in splits it on ALL sheets.

Is there any way to get this to work without duplicating the schedule???

Thanks, and sorry if this problem has already been solved on another thread...I search long and hard before posting a new one, I promise! Smile

BTW, Revit2010.

I have a similiar situation.  I have a schedule that is way to big for just one sheet.  Is it possible to split a schedule so it can fit on 2 different sheets?

Here is one way but I never did this: https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/revit-products/learn-explore/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/How-to-split-a-long-schedule-on-multiple-Revit-sheets.html

Instead, I choose a field that I could use to split my schedule into two schedules.  For instance you could have all rooms below 200 in one schedule and remaining rooms in another.

However, if you have columns that may be totaled, you might be better to use the first solution.

Do you duplicate the schedule and then use filters? We have different Departments so I could filter by departments.  We thought about just making separate schedules for each department.
