Hi

I've been racking my brains about this for some time now and can't seem to figure out why the cavity wall around a curved bay is different to the other cavity walls. I created the wall using the same wall type etc, but the wall appears to be greyed out as opposed to the other walls clearly showing the cavity etc. When I look in 3d view, the wall looks fine, but in plan view, you can see the difference.

Your curtain wall is embedded in the cavity wall and so you only see the top of the wall below.  As such, you will not see the cavity.
