Hello all,

Because of the size of our project we have enlarged partial plans (Plan A and Plan B) on which we are doing our keynoting.  These partial plan views are set up as dependent to a master plan.  I'm keynoting by sheet and have not had problems placing the key notes, but when I go to place the keynote legend on the sheets, the legend lists all key notes used between the two partial plans (I assuming because they are dependent).  For example, a refidgerator is listed on the legend for plan A when that item exists only on plan b. This wouldn't be a huge problem for us, except since we are keynoting by sheet, it lists it at the bottom as a completely difference number from the actual keynote on plan b.  Makes for very confusing drawings!

Any suggestions on  how to alliviate this? I really appreciate it! I really want to avoid having to recreate the views as independent!

If you are keynoting by sheet, you may want to go into the filter dialog of the keynote legend and check the box at the bottom for "filter by sheet"

This way it will only display the keynotes relevant to the sheet.

Unfortuantely I've already set it to filter by sheet, but I still get the key notes from the other dependent plan. Thanks for responding though...
