I would like to learn more about them. Specifically what they are used within Revit to do. I have searched these forums, Googled it, exhausted Revit's help menu and all I find is how to implement them into your project. Only ONE example shows how to use a macro to create a specified width for your text to be constrained within. Ok, so that's neat... I guess. But I would like to find a list or examples that people use macros for. Can anyone give me ideas what macros can be used to accomplish?

Theres a click goes the group, click, click, click. An altogether useless piece of code written by autodesk, for beginners
