RAC 2010 When a Family is re-loaded into a Project,many of the Parameter settings are not updating.Some recent examples that I've encountered are:1. the Material Parameter values of Nested Family Types.2 the Parameter values in the Parent Family Types.I've had to edit the nested Component Family Types within the Project to fix issue #1,and likewise I had to edit the parent Family Type Parameters within the Project to fix issue #2.Why don't these Parameters update upon a re-load of the Family into the Project?

For material settings, the project always rules...period! This really makes sense, if you think about it. You don't have to modify families to change material settings in projects. So this means that once the material is set in a project, you will have to modify it at the project level.
