I experience lag on the screen when dialogue boxes are open (see attached screen shot) Is there a way to solve this problem? computer specs: P4 3.8 cpu 2GB RAM NVIVIA Quadro FX 3400 video card (256 MB PCIe) 150 GB HDD (over 100 GB free)

Does a screen refresh fix the image? F5? Have you got Open GL turned on? Have you got overlay planes turned on? Do you have the latest drivers for you video card? If all of the above then first thing i'd do would be to turn overlay planes off...
