Is it possible to cut a typical section multiple times? I.e. multiple section marks refering to one section?

Yes you can. When you choose section look at the top line above your work screen and you can select reference other view. Then the drop down list will become active and you can select the view you want the section to reference. You can also do this for callouts and elevations.
