I'm in Revit Structure 2010 and we have a project with a large number of different truss profiles. I'm trying to set up a sheet that shows all of the different truss elevations so that we can tag the members and call out connection details. I thought that using a legend would be the best way to do this, but when I insert the truss legend component, it shows up as a single line in all of the different elevation views, and won't show up as a plan view. I'd prefer not to use an actual elevation view of my project in case the truss in that elevation changes. I guess the other option would be to use a drafting view and draw the trusses by hand, but obviously this is a last resort. Any suggestions? How is everyone else doing truss elevations for their projects? Thanks so much for the help.
