I just finished a rendering set at Best quality and 300dpi.  When I exported, the JPEGs were only 300K.  I tried exporting TIFFs, which came out at about 1meg, however, were missing the sky and some of the ground.

My question is, is there somewhere in the dialogue box to control the output DPI when exporting?  Did i do something wrong?  Will the 300K JPEG plot properly in A1 or 24x36 format?

It should plot alright, the more DPI the more time to render and the more precise the picture.

300 DPI is just that ... DPI but the total size depends on inches of view x DPI ...  You need to set what size view window when you sent up your view.  That size is on your options bar in 2009 ... not sure in 2010.

IN 2010 YOU NEED TO SELECT THE FRAME OF THE VIEW WINDOW (CARMERA VIEW) . THEN ON THE CROP PANEL CHOOSE "SIZE CROP" TO SET THE PICTURE SIZE.
