G'day,

Im using Revit 10 and have a set of drawings im preparing to release for the very first time, and I want all these drawings to show as being Revision 1 - Developed design. Theres been no changes requiring clouds for this revision because it is the first one, therefore I want to know if there is a way to get all my sheets to show this without having to draw a cloud on each sheet individally, then hide the cloud. Im after a cloudless revision.

Any Ideas?

Cheers

As far as I can tell, there is no getting around actually putting a revcloud somewhere on a sheet/in a view. However, you can streamline the process a little. Just put one small cloud on one sheet, then copy and paste aligned to the rest of the sheets. Then instead of hiding the clouds individually, in the revision manager set it to not show clouds or tags.

Thanks TKennedy,

yeah I figured thats probably the only way to go about it.

The other quicker way is to edit the title block and put in a 'dumb' line of revision text for that global issue, which would then show up on all sheets when the titleblock was reloaded back into the project. the disadvantage would be however that it wouldnt show up in the revision register dialog...

cheers!
