I'm trying to figure out if I can link the location of my central file to the location of the file the Architect loads their new updated revit file or not so I don't have to always just replace and re-work things. I am opening the link file command and find the link to the ftp site they use but can't get it to work or show a folder location of their file.

 I wanna be able to become more familiar with copy monitor and linking files and use them frequently.
