Hi^^ I have problems to open some families. When I click a family to import or open, the revit program is stop, then I can't use program. Some families files downroaded from this site have the above problems. At tree folder of my pc, the familes have same problems. When I touch the files, my tree window is hold my mouse, then tree folder window does not work, then error message, disappear. And also, I can't remove the error files because when I touch that, the folder vanish. Please, help this problems. Thanks.
