I thought I was onto something at one point, but we still seem to be battling with multiple level lines/column grids on top of eachother as a result of linked models each coming in with their own levels/grids.

I read on the forums that if all linked Revit models have these elements (and only these elements) on the workset “shared levels and grids” it’s possible to link models and select not to open this workset.  This loads the link, but eliminates the duplicate level/grid lines of that particular link for all views.  If this process is followed for all links all the time, then the only grids we’ll see are the “live” grids in the main model.  Right?  Well, it was working at first, and I’m not sure why it doesn’t anymore, it could be that over time “reloading” instead of “reload from” resets to show all worksets.  (my suspicion)

Got any ideas?
