Hi, I am trying to create a curved rail to span about 50 meters over a bridge, can anybody offer any suggestions as how to do this, ideally i want it to curve following the outer edge of a circle (part of) and say at an angle when looking at it through section of 70 degrees - is this too much wishful thinkking for revit 2009? Many thanks Will

By the sounds of it you would need to create it in-place if its what i think it is. Create a Reference Plane at your 70degree angle as the work plane and setup a section parallel to this. Then create a sweep along this work plane to the desired curve and set the profile appropriately. HTH.
