I am trying to use and if/then statement in formula to specify when a balister gets to a certain height to make elements visible. I added a visibility parameter for the elements and created the formula - it works within the family editor (invisible items show up grayed) but when I insert into my project and use it in a railing, the elements don't appear/disappear as I adjust the height of the railing. Does the Baluster Height instance parameter not directly get its value from whichever rails the top and bottom of the balister are connected to?
