So close to giving up.  The revit weld family has me almost defeated.  There are "ghost" lines that I cannot modify (some I can), "stuff" refernecing "stuff" that is locked to other "stuff"...  The most difficult thing that I am encountering is the leader insertion point.  I have been messing with this particular family long enough that I may have simply broke it; However, does anybody have an algorithm to follow to modify these simple-appearing complex-mind benders?

We are just trying to make them a bit smaller and more compact.  Thanks, Greg

Are you talking about the weld callout annotation?

I was a lousy "forum-poster" and did a simple search on this site for welds and found my answer.  I was referring to the annotation symbol and making it a little nicer and cleaner.

Appearently, others have had the same issues and have posted the problems earlier.  A few revitcity users were nice enough to attach their .rfa files.  I am looking at those now, thanks revitcity community.
