I acannot load loading the Opening-Elliptical Arch family. The first time it asked me if I wanted to overwrite the existing family,oroverwrite the family and parameters, and now nothing happens. Help!

Because it's already loaded in your project. Go to the Project Browser -->Generic Models-->Opening-Elliptical Arch, and just drag & drop....
