I have created a new window family from scratch. In the project, some instances of this window have a sill height of 5 ft which is above the 4 ft cut plane. The problem is that even though it is above the cut plane, I can still see it. I know it is an issue with the family because if I place a stock family with a 5 ft sill height next to it, I see nothing. Is there a setting that I have not addressed? I have attached a pdf image of what it looks like in plan below a window that IS cut (3' sill ht on top, 5' sill ht on bottom). You'll see that It doesn't actually cut through, but just shows the window with no opening. I also attached the family in case that will help.

If any part of your family is cut, the family will show. That includes I N V I S I B L E L I N E S I looked at you family after I originally posted and I don't see anyinvisible lines. Did you use the standard template?
