Good morning all.

Ran into another issue this morning after deciding to break the project into seperate files for alternates.  I was attempting to copy some elements (doors mainly) from the "demo" plan to the "new" plan and paste them in the same location. (this alternate includes replacing the doors, same style, same location, etc... just new doors).  The problems I ran into were 1) some doors woudl not copy due to their relationship with a wall, and 2) some would paste in same location, but would not appear hosted by the wall.

We have done this ona few other projects with no problems so wonder if there is something that might have gotten fubarred in the wall/door relationships that wont allow us to copy them out of the model phase nor host them in the new phase.

Any ideas?  Thanks in advance.

When you do something like this, the host elements have to reside in the same location from the file 0,0.  Did you past those same place or create them in the new file?
