I've been experimenting with the 3D DWF feature for a project but Revit (RAC2009) has been inconsistent with it's data exporting. I have about 11 additional parameters that I have added in Revit for Facility Maintenance info. Every item in the project has these parameters since it's set up globally. When I export to DWF quite a few of the objects no longer have this info attached to them. For examle I have 4 different window types and when I export, 1 window type has the standard info attached with the additional info included, 1 type has the standard info, and the rest have no info at all. Any ideas? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

And this info is all setup as shared parameters in each type?

They are set up as prjoect parameters. The odd thing is that in the model all items have these parameters, but when translated over some do and some don't. I did find that left blank some still don't have them, but if I fill them out in revit and then make a DWF they do come over. It's just the blanks that don't.
