I have a client that uses Autodesk Constructware and they have Revit Architectural files that are not only Large in size, but has all the project information embedded in it, like photos, cost analysis, documents, spreadsheets, etc. They are also unable to use the Revit file as is, as they want the various information available to other users. What they want us to do is break down the Revit file to components to put up on Autodesk Constructware, so it is more user friendly (to those who dont have the ability to use Revit) As I never have added photos or documents to my Revit model, is there any issues at all at exporting them out of a model? I would assume anything put into the model can be taken out. ** Can anyone at least confirm the fact that pictures or documents put into Revit can also be extracted out? **

You can export renderings and anything placed ion a sheet or a view can be printed. You can export schedules. But can you export a jpeg image placed somewhere - not really - only in the above limitations. You can also export all model data to ODBC.
