Please give us the ability to use the same view on multiple sheets.
I just don't buy Autodesks excuse for their inability to do it... What does "automatic view management impossible" even mean????
Quote from the Autodesk Website;
Issue
You want to know if the same view can be added to different sheets.
Solution
The same view cannot be added to multiple sheets; this would make automatic view management impossible. Revit keeps track of the views that have been placed on sheets, and does not make those views available for subsequent placement.
If a similar view is to be placed on two different sheets, the view should be duplicated (with or without detailing, for example, any view-specific elements such as text and detail components) to make a new view that can be placed on a sheet view. Right-click on the view name in the Project Browser and then click Duplicate or Duplicate with Detailing.

You may feel that a view should have the ability to be placed on multiple sheets, but I do not want that to happen. The Autodesk statement is correct that automatic view management would not be possible if given your wish. In our current project we have hundreds of views. I want to know for certain that a view has only been placed once onto a sheet. It is one of the main features of Revit that allows us to produce error free documentation.

Automatic view management refers to the parameters the tags use.
For instance a section marker on a floor plan will display (depending on your tag), the sheet number the section is on, the detail number of the view that's on the sheet... If this was to be on multiple sheets it couldn't display a value....
