When I render in RAC 2010 I seem to get very interesting results.  Each time I render the results vary.  95% of the time at least one of my materials shows up as a black background with red squares.  Most of the time this happens to all of my materials that have any type of tiling or pattern.  It also happens to my RPC's.  I am attaching an image.  Has anyone else experianced this issue?

• I have installed the 2nd update for RAC2010
• I have gone to "options" additional render paths and listed the paths to these materials
• I get these results with BOTH custom made materials and "out-of-box" materials
• I have tried rendering on (2) different machines with very different configurations - one is a MAC                          - exact same results
• I do not get any warnings about "missing materials" in the render dialog
• When I replace the render appearance image with a solid paint color the red squares go away

Update - Problem solved.  The support specialist at Autodesk discovered a conflict with several .ies shape files which caused the rendering glitch.  Below is a link to solving the issue.
