Revit Structrure 2009 -

I have a slab on grade floor with concrete o/ sand o/ vapor barrier o/ gravel.

How do I make my ftg join to theCONCRETE instead of the gravel base??  Both are set as the same material (cast in place concrete).

See the attached pdf.

Thanks

In your floor structure, move the "gravel" out of the core... and why is is set to concrete?

Thank you W.  Your layering comment solved a couple other issues I was having, but I'm still having problems with this situation.

Why is what concrete?  My slab and spread footing are cast in place concrete, the gravel and sand are "Site - Gravel "and "Site - Sand" material.

OK, here's an example of where it's still not working, even with your suggestion.

The first pic is BEFORE I've joined the footing to the slab, and the properties of the slab are shown for reference.

The second pic is AFTER I've joined the footing to the slab, and the properties of the ftg are shown for reference.

How come the footing is joining to the gravel and not the concrete slab?
