I have created a complex curtainwall system using conceptual massing. The problem that I am unable to resolve is placing or creating an type of corner mullion.  The mullions that I have try will only recognize the edge of one curtainwall and not both.  Anyone have an ideas.

Looks like you will need to create a new profile for your mullion that will match the angle of the other curtain wall.
