guys, im having a little problem with sections, does the section tool allow you to snap to endpoints and intersections of walls or lines etc.. if not is there a way of getting a section to be parralell on a curved wall im using 2009

You can't be parallel to a curve. Do you mean pirpendicular?

What I have done but there may be a simplier way.... Draw a line perpindicular to the curved area you want to cut in the correct location for the section. Cut a section close & beside it and it will assume parallel to the line. Select the section cut and move... it will allow you to snap to the end of the section cut and you can move it to any point on your line. Erase the line.
