I am new to Revit City. I am currently working on Revit Architecture 2010. I have been put in charge of

exporting our revit files to CAD.  This includes the titleblock. Is there a way I can export the titleblock (30X42) to CAD

without having to change the settings in CAD? Every time I export the Revit title block I have to adjust the page set up in

to match what I had in Revit. Please help!!!!!!

What do you have to change in AutoCAD?

I  have to change the actual lay out tab in CAD to make sure it matches a 30X42 sheet size which is what the titleblock

is based off of in Revit. It comes in on a 8.5 X 11 lay out tab in CAD. I want it to have the lay out tab already adjusted

for a 30X42 sheet size when I open the exported Revit file in CAD.

I'm not running into that problem right now, but I know it's happened in the past...

Are you exporting from the project or the family?  Perhaps that could have an effect.

Are you exporting for CAD users?  Don't they need the titleblock to be in modelspace anyway?  We usually have a model-space titleblock xref'd into our layout tabs....

Don't know what to tell you.
