I made a 2D component of a CT Scanner we will have in our current project. I need to show the centerpoint and both axis from that point. I noticed that Revit wouldn't let me make a filled region within the CT Scanner Family, so to create the colored 1/4 pieces of the iso-center, so I made a new, seperate detail component that I called Iso-center, and I added into my CT Scanner family. In the image below, the CT Scanner family is on the right and the project the CT Scanner is used in is on the left. As you can see in the family view, the iso-center shows up perfectly, but then in the project view it's not showing the filled region. I have refreshed and reloaded all the families and the project file with no success. What am I doing wrong?

Don't know how you built the family. This may be a display order function or if there is a masking regionin the scanner, it may be hiding the detail family. Hope those thoughts help you experiment and find your problem.
