Hi

I have noted SP3 is avaialable from windows for XP are there any known issues with Revit 2010 after SP3 has been installed?

Also is Windows 7 more stable with 2010? We are having a struggle with windows XP OS and wondering if we must go over to W7...? (We have done all the updates required and available by Autodesk)

Any info would be appreciated!

Thanks

If you are in the middle of the fairly significant project, I suggest don't do the change. I am using WinXP SP3 with Revit 2010 SP2 and seems running smoohlyso far. I just recently installed SP2 of RAC2010. I also tried W7 Beta version a few months back but end up reinstalling XP due to some of the drivers (i.e, plotter) are not available yet in W7.

I have been using 7 in a production environment for the past 3-4 months, 64bit. so much better than XP and Vista.

it might be the first usefull workable windows version yet Smile (and I really don't like windows!) I was also running XP SP3 on all of the other machines with no issues.

Always back up! Smile

I have been running XP SP3 and I have been having nothing but problems.  Revit Update 2 with XP's 3 Gb switch on has been somewhat stable on my machine (not so prior to those two items).  I was willing to accept that there was some issue specific to my computer, but I now have two other users that have Revit crashing several times a day.  Is ANYONE out there having trouble with XP and 2010?
