Is there any way to change the visibility of certain wall layers? For some uses I want to show only the core of my walls and for others I want the full thickness with finishing. Having to switch back and forth between two wall types, one with the finishing and one without would give me a nightmarish time with wall joins. Cheers!

You can use host cut overrides to set certain layers of a wall to be an invisible line type, but doesn't actually switch them off. This is also relying on you not having at cut pattern for these finish layers. Unfortunately this is the best solution at this stage.

Have there been any resolutions to modification of the visualizations to be able to show the core only without using the host cut overrides.

i don't think there has been change in the status quo. Mr. Spot's post still holds true for me.
