I created a framing elevation for a specific column line with bracing and it looks great.  Shows everything the way I want.  When I open the callout detail the beams and column are now hatched.  I guess this is from the framing elevation being cut on the column line which is also the center line of my beam.  It's cutting through the web of the beams and column and showing it hatched as such.  I want to be able to see the flanges of the beams and column just like in the framing elevation.

Is the detail level set to "Coarse" in your callout?  A coarse hatch could be overriding your desired view graphics.

Both the framing elevation and the callout detail are set to fine.

Look in your HELP for cuttable families.  The structural elements are cuttable so move your section.

Hello,

I'v tried someting that might help.

Go to the properties of the beam. Go see if the material is set to steel. Then go see if a hatch patern is set to something, if so, set it to "noting".

Hope it is the solution, :-)

 Bye

see attachement in french :-(
