I have a project which there are none other views than the standard 3D-view. All others has been deletet. How can I create a new plan view in a project without elevations, sections, ceiling or plans to duplicate?

Go to View>New>Floor plan and check if you have there the 2 levels by default.... Even if they purge the file the two levels must be there, the rest come by default...
