I loaded 8.1, now I cannot draw any walls on any of my 8.0 projects. Can anyone help?

That sounds a bit strange...
What do you mean by you can't draw any walls?
Upgrading to 8.1 should have no effect on any functionality.

I get a messenge " can"t make wall". When expanded error "deleted element): id 945431". I tried to open a saved version (pre 8.1) of project on 8.0 and it also gave me the same message.
I have since removed and reloaded both programs, then loaded a saved disc of the program (had to go retreive from a client's office) and now I am no longer getting this error and can draw walls again.
But still don"t know what caused this or if it will happen to files that I open Later.
