I am new to Revit 2009 am trying to figure out how to hide topography contour lines in plan, but show the added subregions. Your help is appreciated.

in that view type VG and go to Category "Topography" and expand, there you have the "Major and minor contour" lines, turn off....

I did this in a 3D view and it did not work. The contours still show. Is there something I'm missing or not doing? Thanks.
