I have a floor plan that has a vestibule at an angle. I need to do an enlarged plan of this area. when i rotate the crop box of the call out window the result is the plan rotates as well changing the orientation of the vstibule.
Is there a way to draw the call out window at an angle without changing the view orientation or the plan.

You can use the rotation on sheet parameter in the properties of that view. Please note this will result in the view title being rotated also.
