Hello all, Are there any known issues with linking CAD files that have xrefs in them? A project team in our office is doing this and has run into some difficulty with turning off layers that belong to the xref in different views. Thanks for your help!

What I've notice is due to proprietary reasons pdf when link to dwg does not import to revit. Paperspace object, too does not show up. The best way for a link file, I guess is to prepare them in autocad before linking them. Minimize work on a link file once it's in revit.

Thanks for the reply, but I was referring to linking a CAD file that has other CAD files xrefed into it. Any ideas about that?
