I'm trying to make a type catalog that will adjust a door swing angle among other parameters. Upon loading the family into a project I get the following errors:

"Invalid column unit type: DECIMAL_DEGREES" followed by "Could not parse column header: DOOR SWING ANGLE".

Any help would be appreciated. I'll post the .rfa and the .txt.

TIA

Dan

I am trying to load a family and get the following error - "Invalid column unit type: POUNDS".  I found this in the help.

Families with type catalogs cannot be upgraded to Revit 2021
2021-02-01
Technical Support
Issue: When upgrading families with type catalogs to Revit 2021, "Invalid column unit type: ..." or "Could not parse column header: ..." appear.
Causes:

In family type catalogs and other database export operations, units and related objects are identified by specially formatted text strings.

Revit 2021 introduces corrections and formatting changes to these database identifiers. Content generated in earlier versions of Revit may need to be updated for compatibility with Revit 2021 if it includes references to certain identifiers. The changes are listed in Units in the Revit 2021 Help.

Solution: Manually edit the type catalogs to incorporate the new unit types.
Products: Revit;
Versions:
2021;
Click on the units link and scroll down to the chart and find the replacement word for the .txt file.
