Hi, I've been using revit for quite some time know. I use quite easily now all of the modelling and drafting part of the program, even used it to calculate quantities. My office is now trying to move another step forward in the use of BIM applications in revit. We are a project management firm and want to start working the whole project planning and scheduling part of projects in revit. I would like to know if this transition is considered difficult, considering that we have been using the program for design purposes for some time know. Also, is there any guide or tutorial anyone can direct me to? We currently use programs such as suretrak and primavera for this activities, but have been told that Revit is a powerful planning tool that can help symplify complex projects. We would like to know if its a recomendable move. Any help is highly appreciated.
