Hi out there, Is it possible for a family to have parameters like you can toggle on/off the family accessories like doors, if it is possible if you can have parameters like the door knobs can have variety of options,(panic hardware to door knobs) in just 1 family? thanks a lot.

Yes. In your family, create a yes/no parameter (door knob for example). Then go into the properties of the object (door knob) in which you want to control the visibility. Click on the small box on the far right side of "Visible". Then click on the yes/no parameter you just created.
