take a look at this screen shot. I have a concrete wall opening, getting a steel column at the jamb, then a curtain wall store front fitted into the opening. but everytime i move the curtain wall line to the edge of the column it snaps back to the concrete wall jamb, passing through the column. ive tried to detach it, and i can make the curtain wall get very close to the column, but once i snap it to the edge of the column, it jumps past the column and gets itself onto the wall. how do i stop that? Michael

On the end of the curtain wall is a blue grib, right click on that and select disallow join.
