Firstly let me just say that I have researched this problem on the forum here and have read many notes about it but none that answer or solve the problem. This is what's happening : -

I am using Revit 2010 and I try to load a component into my model. The path to the component I am trying to load is Metric Library > Detail Components >  Disposal Systems > Foul Drainage Above Ground > Roof Drain-Section (1)

I just cannot load this Roof Drain Section no matter what I try.

I just get the previous component that I loaded that comes up. After selecting the component I have tried clicking the arrow under components to see if I can see the component there to select again but it is nowhere to be found. In fact, I have tried just about everything I can think of to try and load the component but absolutely no joy at all.I just keep on getting the previous component!!

Is this a fault or bug with Revit??

as I say, I have read a few posts on other people suffering from the same problem but no definite solution on how to overcome it.

So this is to all you Revit guru's or anybody who can stop me tearing out what hair I have left on my head.

How do I load this component???

Thank you for any help

Kirk

Did you try by searching it in your Project Browser and then drag it to your project?....
